Weddings by The Simpsons — Luxury Wedding Games & Décor Hire
General
What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Yorkshire and serve the North of England. For events further afield we can travel — additional travel fees may apply.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance to secure popular summer weekends.
Can we view the games before booking?
Yes — book a studio viewing (by appointment) or catch us at upcoming wedding fayres announced on Instagram and Facebook.
Booking & Payment
How do we book?
Use the Book Now page to select your date and items, then complete the form. We’ll confirm availability and send your invoice.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The balance is due 14 days before your event.
Can we change our booking later?
You can add or swap items up to 30 days before your event (subject to availability). After that we’ll do our best, depending on schedules.
Delivery & Setup
When do you deliver and collect?
Typically we deliver on the morning of your wedding and collect the following day. We coordinate access times directly with your venue.
How much space is needed?
Each setup varies. We’ll provide measurements and layout guidance once you choose your items. A flat, dry indoor or sheltered area is recommended.
Can the games be used outdoors?
Yes, many items can be used outdoors (weather permitting). We’ll bring protective flooring/covers as needed to preserve the luxury finish.
Damage & Insurance
What if something is damaged?
We assess repair or replacement costs if damage occurs. You can add our optional Damage Waiver (10% of hire value) to cover minor accidental damage up to £200 per item.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry Public Liability Insurance and safety-check all equipment before each hire. Certificates available on request.
Design & Styling
Can we personalise signage or décor?
Absolutely — we offer bespoke signage, monograms, and floral styling to match your theme. Share your ideas and we’ll design something unique.
Do you work with planners or venues?
Yes — we regularly coordinate with planners, stylists, and venues to handle logistics and ensure a seamless setup.

What if we need to postpone or cancel?
